Louisiana INTECH @ Black Bayou Lake

Louisiana INTECH is the state-adopted professional development model for K - 12 technology integration. It is an intensive, structured, 50-hour staff development program. INTECH provides many examples of effective technology-based strategies that support and enhance curriculum and can provide a catalyst for fundamental change in the overall teaching and learning process.

The Monroe City Schools' teachers below are LA INTECH participants who went on a field trip to Black Bayou Lake (NWR). The field trip is part of the LA INTECH lesson plan, Postcards from the Wetlands.
