MCS had three schools on the top 20 list of Louisiana Schools for High Achievement and High Poverty – Carver, Minnie Ruffin and MJ Foster Elementary schools. This accomplishment reinforces the district belief that all children can learn and must be provided the opportunity to acheive their highest potential.
