Notice of Records Destruction

The Monroe City Schools Division of Student Support Services, 300 Sherrouse Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana, will be destroying Special Education records of students whose special educational services ended or the student left the school system greater than five years ago. Pick up of records may be arranged by calling our office at (318)388-3747. Proper identification is required. An individual 18 years of age or older, unless adjudicated, must request his/her own record. ALL RECORDS will be destroyed on July 1, 2012.
