REGISTRATION for 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
WHEN:  Wednesday, April 21
WHERE: School Gym
TIME:  7:30 - noon
MUST HAVE: completed packet, birth certificate, updated state of Louisiana Immunization Record, copy of social security card, two proofs of residency within the Monroe City limits.

Students registering for grades 2-6 must present a copy of the latest report card.
Parents registering for prekindergarten should also be prepared to complete a school lunch form for proof of income.
