Reading First/Ensuring Literacy for All Grants Dr. Lynn Morris, Coordinator, x5013 Role
Reading First/Ensuring Literacy for All (ELFA) Grants are designed to accomplish the Louisiana educational goal of creating a world-class education system for all students to ensure that ALL students are reading at or above grade level by the fourth grade. Elementary schools are awarded the grants for Prekindergarten through fourth grade after an application process through the Louisiana Department of Education. Approved schools - Berg Jones Elementary
