The Kiwanas Club of Monroe is donating two bicycles (one girl's and one boy's), plus helmets and locks to be used as an incentive to motivate students to read.
In order for a student to qualify to win a bicycle, each student will get a ticket per point provided their score is 90% or higher. The points will be counted from the beginning of the school year. We are counting only the points that were earned at or above their minimum score within the range of Proximal Development. We will hold a drawing for each bike after December 15, 2006.
