The Neville High School Art Club was organized in the Spring of 2006.  The group elected officers and began their first project. The art students were asked to build props, including a large red barn made from cardboard, for a children's play put on by a local organization.  The people that worked with this play asked our newly organized Art Club if they would add to the play props by designing and painting several "bushes" in varying sizes to go along with the existing red barn.  All the props were used in another children's play held at Kiroli Park.  Over a thousand children were scheduled to attend.  This ended the Art Club's first successful year. Any student interested in joining the Art Club should be presently taking art or have taken an art class at Neville, General or Talented.  Dues are ten dollars for the year.  Just contact one of the art teachers/sponsors.  Students should be interested in art and participating in the many varied art activities that arise.
