Activity 12:  True or False (GLE: 18)

CC:    Create a set of cards with division sentences. Have students, working with a partner, read the sentence, then respond True or False, and explain their reasoning.

Copy the following page on cardstock. (Make enough for several small groups.) Cut out the cards.

CC:  When students have completed these cards, have them make up a similar set of cards to exchange with another group and repeat the process. When the sets are completed, they are returned to the original group to check.

Use MS Word to create a set of cards using the examples in the activity and to create a set of blank cards for students to use.
