Activity 3: Map Skills/ Early History (GLE: 8)

CC:  Have a timeline available that illustrates key events in our country's history. It should begin about 1450 and should include dates and symbols for the Declaration of Independence, the Revolutionary War, the Constitution, the states in order of admission, etc.

Use Timeliner software to create a timeline of key events in our country's history.

CC:  Show a PowerPoint presentation, or if PowerPoint is not available, a storyboard presentation made from poster board (both made previously) on the three sections of colonies highlighting key facts in each of them.
