Unit 2: Location of the Regions Activity 7: Natural Resources (GLE: 14)
CC: Provide each student with a graphic organizer (a three-column table) showing the seven primary natural resources - sunlight, air, water, minerals, plants, animals, and soil - as shown below. Have students indicate whether the resource is renewable (R) or nonrenewable (N) and where the resources are located in the United States.
