Unit 3: The Movement of People: A Historical Perspective

Activity 6:  Write On (GLEs:  20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e, 23f, 23g, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30a, 30b, 31b, 31c, 31d)

 

 

CC:  Teachers continue review mini-lessons on various writing forms:  exposition, narration, description, and persuasion. Then students will craft the following compositions through prewriting, drafting, revising, editing, and publishing either with word processing or in legible form. Students will demonstrate knowledge of correct verb usage, sentence structure, and punctuation/capitalization in their revised final products.
