CC: Students will complete a character profile chart on the selected character (e.g., appearance, actions, words, thoughts, other characters' responses, playwright's direct comments through stage directions) and record details from the play that support their observations.

CC: Students will write a composition that identifies the character (e.g., believable, round, flat, dynamic, static) and includes a sentence that introduces the essay's main idea, focusing on the character, not the plot.
