About the TLTC Technology Professional Development… Just a Click Away! Louisiana Teaching, Learning, and Technology Centers (TLTCs) serve as an extension of the Louisiana Virtual School. They are funded through the Title II, Part D, Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) funds, competitive grants process. The eight regional TLTCs assist with the development and implementation of technology integrated professional development and leadership programs to enhance teaching and learning while supporting existing state curriculum standards and effective implementation of the Comprehensive Curriculum. This effectiveness is qualified by several unique and outstanding attributes. Louisiana is the only state to provide an online version of the Intel Thinking with Technology Professional Development which is offered through the regional TLTCs. The TLTCs received the Best of NECC workshop status for the last two years with the session - Don't Break the Bank: Free Options for Your K-12 Schools.
